About Lash Heaven Lash Heaven is one of the UK's leading professional lash suppliers, trusted by lash technicians and salons across the country. We're a small, passionate team and we're looking for someone who genuinely loves the beauty world to join us.
The Role This is a varied, hands-on role — not just packing boxes. You'll be keeping our warehouse running smoothly, looking after our customers, helping manage stock, and getting involved in content creation for our TikTok and social media. If you're organised, love beauty, and want a role where every day is a little different, this could be a great fit.
What You'll Be Doing
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and on time
- Managing inventory — stock counts, updating levels, spotting low stock
- Responding to customer enquiries by email with care and professionalism
- Helping create content for TikTok and Instagram — product videos, packing clips, brand moments
- General administration and keeping records up to date
- Keeping the warehouse tidy, organised and well-labelled
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and spoken English — essential
- A genuine passion for beauty and the lash industry
- Strong attention to detail in everything you do
- Organised, reliable and self-motivated — you'll often be working independently
- Some administration or customer service experience
- An eye for content — comfortable on camera or behind it is a bonus
- Social media savvy, particularly TikTok or Instagram
Hours Monday to Friday: 12:00–16:45 (15-minute break included) Saturday: 1 hour Total: 23.5 hours per week
Pay Starting at £12.71 per hour
