About Us
Textile UK is looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join the team in our fashion fulfilment centre. The successful candidate will assist the Warehouse Supervisor with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including managing employees, inventory control, order fulfilment, and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to customer service.
The successful candidate must have experience in leading a team in a similar environment.
This position includes some weekend shifts and a rolling shift pattern with 6am starts. or 7pm finishes.
Salary
Up to £29,000 (Depending on experience) plus a shift premium of £1,500
Job description
- Communicating goals and deadlines to team members

Experience
Experience of Leading a team in a fulfilment operation/warehouse environment is essential.
Schedule
Shifts are:
6am-3pm/10am-7pm
Includes some weekends

Pay: Up to £30,440.00 per year
