Job Description:
Lime Bike Collection Driver – Lime Logistics Partner of East, South, West and North London
We are a proud Lime Logistics Partner operating in East, South, West and North London, and we’re looking for reliable drivers to join our bike collection team.
About the Role:
Your main responsibility would be to use your own van to collect and drop off Lime Bikes under 3 main operations TASK type RETRIEVAL / MOVES / DEPLOYS, all Tasks have different rates of pay, Pick-up and drop-off the bikes all throughout Zone 1, 2, 3, 4, of London areas in allocated locations
The 3 types of Operations/Duties explained below
1- Retrieval Tasks: This task is about collecting Damaged bikes which cannot be used by the customers, and drop off to Lime's Warehouse in South Bermondsey or Tottenham
2- Deploy Tasks: This can be considered as a continuation of the Retrieval Tasks, which is about collecting the repaired/healthy bikes form the South Bermondsey Warehouse of Lime, and drop off to the Bike Parking bays(Dropspots).
3- Move Task: This task is about collecting the Lime bikes which are left at random areas by customers or Clustered bikes in one location and drop them off to the Bike Parking bays (Dropspots) again, where they should be located in.
Requirements:
Proof of insurance
Picture of Van
BRITISH PASSPORT OR RiGHT TO WORK (depends on which applies to you)
Basic DBS Check is required (not provided by us)
You must be comfortable with physical work.
Drivers will work with their own vehicles (MWB-LWB-XLWB-LUTON Vans are okay, Small Vans are not suitable for the job)
