ROLE SUMMARY
The Logistics Coordinator supports the day‑to‑day logistics operations by working closely with GXO, carrier partners, store teams, and Customer Services. The role ensures timely resolution of operational queries, supports continuous improvement workflows, and maintains strong process and quality compliance within the distribution center. The position plays a key part in analyzing performance metrics and helping drive improvements across logistics processes.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Work with GXO daily to answer operational queries and refine distribution center (DC) processes.
• Support Continuous Improvement (CI) workstreams, providing data, insight, and operational coordination.
• Collaborate with store teams and Customer Services to resolve logistic-related queries and refine cross‑functional processes.
• Audit DC processes regularly to ensure process adherence and compliance with quality standards.
• Analyze carrier contract performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Support issue resolution across inbound, outbound, and carrier-related workflows.

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, or operational coordination roles.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Experience supporting CI projects or process improvement activities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Understanding of carrier and 3PL operations (desirable).
