Job description:
We are seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused drivers to join our team on a full-time basis. Drivers must have their own licensed vehicle and will be providing high-quality private hire services across multiple vehicle categories including Saloon, Executive Sedan, MPV, and Mercedes Vito.
Vehicle Requirements:
Drivers must own and operate one of the following licensed vehicles:
- Saloon
- Executive Sedan
- MPV/4-6
- MPV/9
- Mercedes Vito (8-Seater)
- Standard/Executive Minibus (16-Seater)
All vehicles must be:
- Fully licensed for Private Hire (PHV)
- Clean, well-maintained, and presented to a high standard
- Fully insured for private hire use
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, punctual, and professional transport services
- Deliver excellent customer service to all passengers
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and professional presentation
- Follow all road safety regulations and company standards
- Assist passengers with luggage when required
- Complete bookings efficiently using dispatch systems
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
Driver Requirements
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Valid Private Hire Driver Badge (PHV)
- Own licensed private hire vehicle (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of UK roads and navigation apps
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional attitude, punctuality, and reliability
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Previous private hire or chauffeur experience preferred
