Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (with a flexibility to be able to work on weekends when necessary)

About the Role
This is a hands-on warehouse role where you'll be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing and despatching medical devices while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, quality and compliance.
Working as part of a supportive team, you'll help ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
Goods In
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries within 48 hours.
- Check goods for accuracy, damage and compliance.
- Report discrepancies or damaged goods to the Warehouse Team Leader.
- Carry out stock verification checks.
- Remain vigilant in identifying counterfeit or falsified products.
Stock Management
- Put stock away in the correct warehouse locations.
- Rotate stock using the First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) system.
- Carry out regular cycle counts.
- Monitor expiry dates and stock condition.
- Report any temperature deviations or storage concerns.
Repacking & Relabelling
- Repack medical devices in accordance with company procedures.
- Complete all associated documentation accurately.
- Maintain 100% accuracy during repacking activities.
- Support colleagues with repacking tasks where required.
Order Fulfilment
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare despatch documentation and delivery paperwork.
- Help achieve our On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery targets.
General Warehouse Duties
- Maintain a clean, tidy and organised warehouse.
- Assist with assembly room activities and inventory management.
- Follow all Health & Safety and Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
- Work safely and responsibly at all times.
- Support the wider warehouse team as required.

- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Indefinite leave to remain/ British citizenship
Desirable:
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Experience within medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceutical or another regulated industry.
- Experience using warehouse stock management systems.
Full training will be provided.
