We’re looking for a dependable, organised and hardworking person to become the main packer in our fast-growing live e-commerce business.
This is a key role within the company. You’ll be responsible for ensuring every customer order leaves accurately, on time and to the highest standard while helping maintain an organised warehouse operation.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Scan and dispatch parcels through the Whatnot shipping system.
- Ensure all orders are packed to a consistently high standard.
- Carry out quality control checks on every watch before dispatch.
- Receive incoming stock deliveries from suppliers.
- Count and verify stock against delivery notes.
- Organise and label inventory correctly.
- Perform regular stock counts and assist with inventory management.
- Print shipping labels and prepare parcels for courier collections.
- Maintain packing speed while keeping accuracy at the highest level.
- Report damaged, missing or incorrect stock.
- Keep the warehouse, packing stations and stock areas clean and organised.
- Help improve packing processes and warehouse efficiency.
- Work closely with the live streaming team to ensure orders are fulfilled promptly.
