Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring the smooth handling, storage, and distribution of goods. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with warehouse experience and mechanical knowledge to develop their skills within a busy logistics environment.
Duties :
· Picking
· Packing
· Scanning
· De-nesting Luggage and re-boxing single pieces
· Returns Processing
· Unloading Containers of Luggage, Travel Bags & Accessories
· Loading Trailers for dispatch
· ADHOC - Re-work when required
· Goods in Inventory
· PI Checks
· General Warehouse Housekeeping
· Adhering to Health & Safety protocols
· Treating goods with care and attention
· Replenishing Stock where required
· Any other reasonable ad-hoc tasks as required
Person Specification:
· Self-motivated, highly organised and an effective communicator
· High level of attention to detail
· Teamwork
· Punctual
· Physically Fit
· Basic IT Skills
· Reliable
· Trustworthy
· Ability to work off own initiative
· To have a good understanding of E-commerce dispatch
· Forklift Truck experience ideal (Flexi) but not essential as training will be provided
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
