Duties
- Primarily working in the warehouse, processing online orders, and assisting in the build/breakdown at major events
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and transport companies
- Planning and monitoring the storage, delivery and dispatch of orders through our eCommerce systems
- Ensuring quality, delivery budget and environmental objectives are met
- Coordinating the use of automated and computerised systems, including event retail till system
- Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment
- Warehouse work includes handling boxes
What We’re Looking For
- Warehouse experience is beneficial
- Handle pressure well; we get busy!
- Ability to work efficiently, on your own initiative and with high levels of accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Good IT proficiency (checking and responding to emails, eCommerce system, printing out despatch notes, etc.)
- Excellent English (spoken and written)
- A full, clean UK driving license with the ability to drive commercial vehicles is highly beneficial
- Must have the right to work in the UK
What a Typical Day may look Like
Most days start with the following routine:
- Check in with manager what needs doing that day
- Pick items
- Pack & label items
- Break time!
- Prepare pre-orders
- Break down boxes
- Clear up and tidy the warehouse
Role Details
Reporting to: Warehouse Manager, London NW2
Location: Unit 11, The Edge Business Centre, NW2 6EW
Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
Salary Range: £26,000–£29,000 per annum
Annual leave: 5.6 working weeks (28 days) for full-time staff

Pay: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
