We are looking for a Warehouse Operative for Our Goods In/Out departments responsible for handling all incoming/outgoing goods and materials in a warehouse or distribution centre.
Main Responsibilities
- Receiving deliveries: Unload trucks or containers safely and efficiently.
- Checking goods: Inspect incoming stock for accuracy, damage, and quality against purchase orders or delivery notes (using RF Scanner).
- Labelling and tagging: Apply barcodes, product codes, or identification labels as required.
- Communication: Coordinate with inbound drivers, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Picking and Dispatching: Participate in picking and truck loading activities as required and directed by line manager.
- Health & Safety: Follow warehouse safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Typical Work Environment
- Full-time, early shift-based (5.00 - 6.oo am start)
- Distribution centre setting.
- May involve exposure to varying temperatures (e.g., cold storage areas).
