The job is monday to Friday/Saturday 2200 hours to 0700 hours slightly variable for the right candidate, 5 days/6 days alternate weeks.
To process wholesale produce orders on a daily hands on basis for Premier Fruits (Covent Garden) Wholesale. Working closely with the team to ensure that orders are picked and processed correctly to strict loading times. Forklift and Reachtruck experience preferable but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering a first class service to all of our customers, external and internal;
- Checking and picking of customers orders to ensure that the customer receives the correct product;
- Assisting with the management of the computerised stock control system;
- Assisting with stock rotation;
- Monitoring stock levels and expired stock;
- Receiving and booking in deliveries;
- Ensuring the general tidiness of the unit;
- Assisting with stock takes;
- Undertaking any other duties which may be requested by the Line Manager, for which training and/or an explanation has been provided and understood.

Highly Desirable:
- Experience gained within a Distribution/Wholesale department or similar;
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
