Newstaff Employment Services is seeking dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Leighton Buzzard. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a busy warehouse environment with a supportive team.
Responsibilities include receiving stock, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading goods, and ensuring the warehouse is well-organized and maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing incoming stock and verifying shipments.
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading goods as required.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor.
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Ability to carry out physical tasks including lifting.
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow health and safety procedures.
- Own transport or reliable means to get to the Leighton Buzzard warehouse.
