Role purpose:
Responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of the UK & Ireland pharmaceutical supply chain and homecare services (including cold chain), ensuring GDP and quality compliance, supply continuity and effective management of wholesalers and distribution partners.
Accountability:
Using your previous experience, creative and curious mindset, and readiness to tackle challenges with innovative ideas, you will be accountable for a range of critical UK & Ireland supply chain activities, including:
Inbound Operations & Partner Oversight
- Completing time‑critical and on‑demand importation and clearance activities for inbound Celltrion products into the UK & Ireland
- Supporting the oversight, performance monitoring and periodic evaluation of logistics, homecare and value‑added service providers
Data, Reporting & Inventory Control
- Maintaining accurate, compliant product, customer and logistics master data within ERP systems
- Completing high‑quality, timely supply chain reporting to internal stakeholders within strict deadlines
- Tracking and monitoring UK & Ireland inventory through live shipment schedules and inventory health reporting
Pricing, RTB & Samples Coordination
- Coordinating customer pricing, right‑to‑buy (RTB) and sample requests in line with internal approvals and commercial strategy
Compliance Documentation & Audit Readiness
- Supporting audit‑ready documentation and records to meet GDP, SOX and internal control requirements, working in conjunction with Quality Assurance and the Responsible Person

Supply Chain Operations & Continuity
- Primary responsibility for the operational delivery of UK & Ireland pharmaceutical supply chain and homecare activities, including temperature‑controlled (cold chain) products, GDP‑compliant distribution, quality control interfaces and effective wholesaler relationships
- Support the Senior Procurement Manager in delivering UK & Ireland supply continuity, service levels and cost targets through robust planning and execution
Inbound Logistics & Risk Management
- Lead day‑to‑day UK & Ireland inbound order management, liaising with global manufacturing, freight forwarders, brokers and 3PL partners to ensure timely importation, clearance and release
- Own and maintain the UK & Ireland shipment schedule, proactively managing operational and compliance risks (delays, shortages, temperature excursions and documentation issues), escalating with clear options and recommendations
Data, Inventory & Compliance Control
- Maintain accurate and compliant supply chain master data (products, customers, pricing and logistics attributes) to enable effective ordering, invoicing and reporting
- Manage UK & Ireland inventory health, including stock cover, expiry, obsolescence and destruction processes, supporting audit readiness and GDP/GxP compliance in conjunction with Quality Assurance and the Responsible Person
Planning, Reporting & Cost Management
- Contribute to demand planning and the S&OP/SnOP cycle, preparing insights, scenarios and actions to align supply with commercial priorities
Partner & Supplier Management
- Support supplier and partner governance activities led by the Senior Procurement Manager, including performance reviews, issue resolution, contract adherence and continuous improvement initiatives
Pricing, RTB & Sample Coordination
- Coordinate RTB, customer pricing and sample requests in line with internal approvals, commercial strategy and compliance requirements
- Prepare and deliver periodic UK & Ireland supply chain reporting across service level, inventory, cost and risk KPIs, ensuring data quality and on‑time delivery
- Support budget forecasting, invoice reconciliation and cost optimisation initiatives across logistics and supply chain services
Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years experience within the UK pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, ideally in a supply chain, logistics, procurement or planning role within a manufacturer, distributor or 3PL environment
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Life Sciences or a related discipline
- Practical experience supporting UK & Ireland supply chain operations within a regulated environment, including GDP awareness
- Experience working with 3PLs, freight forwarders, brokers or homecare providers, supporting performance monitoring and issue resolution
- Demonstrable experience working cross‑functionally with Commercial, Finance, QA and Regulatory teams
- Experience maintaining ERP/master data and producing accurate, deadline‑driven supply chain reporting
