This is a fully remote, flexible opportunity where you will be your own boss, setting your own hours and choosing the jobs that best suit your schedule and location. You will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods, ensuring excellent customer service at every touchpoint. The ideal candidate possesses a strong sense of responsibility, exceptional time management skills, and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of the items entrusted to them. You will utilize your own insured vehicle, which must be in excellent condition, and a smartphone for managing deliveries via our proprietary app. We are looking for individuals with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Successful couriers will have a clean driving record and a proven history of reliability. This role is perfect for experienced drivers seeking autonomy and consistent work. Responsibilities include:
Accepting and managing delivery assignments through our mobile application. Planning efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries. Safely loading, transporting, and unloading a variety of specialized items. Ensuring the security and condition of all delivered goods. Providing exceptional customer service to clients at the point of pickup and delivery. Maintaining clear and timely communication with dispatch and clients. Adhering strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Keeping your assigned vehicle clean, well-maintained, and insured. Submitting delivery confirmations and any required documentation promptly. Managing your own schedule and availability effectively. Requirements:
Valid UK driving license with a clean record. Proof of current and adequate vehicle insurance for commercial use. A reliable, insured, and well-maintained vehicle suitable for the types of deliveries (e.g., van, car, motorcycle). A smartphone with a data plan for using our delivery management app. Excellent navigation and time-management skills. Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation. Ability to lift and carry items as required (within safe limits). Right to work in the UK. Self-employed status and ability to manage own tax and National Insurance contributions.
