Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles, including lorries and delivery vans, adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.
Deliver goods to various locations promptly, maintaining accurate delivery records.
Assist with loading and unloading items, including heavy or bulky products, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage or injury.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly.
Maintain organisation of delivery documentation and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
Support warehouse activities as required, including stock organisation and inventory management.

Requirements

Proven experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving roles.
Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
Experience in warehouse operations and handling heavy lifting tasks.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail for managing deliveries and paperwork.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively, and adapt to changing schedules.
Physical fitness to handle heavy lifting and long periods of driving or standing. This role is ideal for individuals who are organised, dependable, and possess excellent driving skills, seeking a rewarding position within a busy logistics environment.
