About the Role:
We’re currently hiring Casual Warehouse Operatives to support our warehouse operations on an as-needed basis. This is a highly flexible position that allows you to work around your own schedule — pick and choose from available shifts, including weekends, and work only when it suits you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Process customer returns and update stock records
- Support the customer service team by helping with order and return inquiries
- Assist with incoming deliveries (unloading and restocking)
- Conduct stock audits and help maintain accurate inventory
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, tidy, and safe
- Handle heavy lifting when required
- Participate in problem-solving and issue resolution
