Overview
Magna Foodservice Ltd is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Day Operatives to join our growing warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading food wholesalers and distributors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading vehicles, picking and packing orders, stacking and organising stock, and supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
- Stacking, organising, and storing goods in the correct warehouse locations.
- Receiving, checking, and processing incoming deliveries.
- Moving stock throughout the warehouse.
- Ensuring products are stored safely and correctly.
- Identifying damaged or missing stock and reporting issues to management.
- Assisting with stock counts and inventory checks.
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
- Following all Health & Safety procedures at all times.
- Supporting the Warehouse Manager and colleagues with general warehouse duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is required.
- Ability to undertake manual handling and lifting duties.
- Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and willing to learn.
- Good communication skills.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
Working Hours
Various day shifts available:
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

£12.71 per hour
