The Role: Supply Chain & Demand Planner

Are you mathematically minded, organised, and keen to develop in a dynamic supply chain environment? We’re looking for someone with strong administrative and communication skills to join our Supply Chain Team. If you’re already experienced in logistics or planning — great. If not, we provide full training so you can build a rewarding career from the ground up.

This role is hands-on, detail-focused, and perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving and cross-department collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and forecast inventory levels to meet customer demand
Oversee logistics of shipments from our suppliers in the Far East into UK & US warehouses
Track delivery performance, proactively expediting or airfreighting when required
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to provide accurate delivery timelines
Maintain data accuracy in our ERP system for planning and scheduling
Work with multiple departments on new product introduction timelines

✔ Technical degree (Business / Maths / Science / Logistics or equivalent)
✔ Outstanding organisational and administrative skills
✔ Interest in business operations and supply chain
✔ Proficient IT skills (MS Excel an advantage)
